Fixed a missing step and a conflict with installing other mods with UBBC buttons

This one installed with only a minor conflict in step 13 with the Quiz mod, where both add to a menu-like list.

Otherwise installation was smooth, and everything seems to work just fine!

This mod adds a guestbook to your forum.

Note: this Mod has been substantially changed for 2.6.11

Installation
------------
Modify YaBB files using BoardMod or manually.
Upload modified files to your server in ASCII mode.
Upload GuestBookAdmin.pm to Admin/Mods
Upload Guestbook.pm to Sources/Mods
Upload Guestbook.lng to Languages/English/Mods
Upload Guestbook.template to Templates/default/Mods
Upload guestbook.gif and comment.gif to yabbfiles/ModImages in binary mode.
In Variables create a folder 'guestbook'.
