2.6.12 Russian changes from 2.6.11

AddModerators.lng has not been translated.

In Admin.lng:
%admin_txt remove '431b'

%modulecheck remove 'DateTime'

Many items have not been translated.

In ContextHelp.lng 'image' should be 'img'


Main.lng needs : (@uploadtranlist and @ISO_8859_1 need to be changed to reflect Cyrillic alphabet. @months_m is a list of Month abbreviations.)
