Installs as is in 2.6.12 using BoardMod

I'm working on converting Derek Barnstorm's Member Awards to 2.6.1. With any luck we should have a zip Monday or so.
This Mod will add a Member Awards system to your forum.

Installation
------------
1) Modify YaBB files using BoardMod or manually.
2) Upload modified files to your server in ASCII mode.
3) Upload AwardSettings.pm, Awards.lng, Awards.pm, Awards.template and Awards.txt to their relevant directories in ASCII mode.
5) Upload the Awards folder to the ModImages directory in Binary mode.
6) Go into Admin Center => BoardMod Mods => Member Awards to configure the settings.
