I didn't really have to dig exact date... I only noticed RotateStop.gif originated from old blue_1 theme and it was still there, but Rotate.gif wasn't and it was borrowed from another theme I didn't recognize.

Getting my error logs pretty clean already...

Just put it back in the SVN (Don't know when it went missing - probably when we were cleaning out the 'extra' files.  Embarrassed )

yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/*/Rotate.gif 
is referenced from 
yabbfiles/ajax.js

I think it went missing when images were converted from gif to png...
