Just uploaded a fix to test - now the Notifications screen should have a 'new' marker if subboards in a watched parent board have new markers. (Just like on BoardIndex - the 'new' shows up on the parent as well as the child board.)

(Noticed this on YaBBForum) If you have Board notifications on and that Board has sub-boards AND the new item is in a subboard, BoardIndex puts up the new flag and the popup comes up to take you to your notifications in UserCP BUT that screen doesn't show the new item. (It's obviously missing looking at subboards.)
