More 'document.write's have been converted to Perl generated items.

The UBBC array and smilies array were all originally written to be generated via javascript 'document.write'. They are now generated directly by Perl from Perl hashes. No more long lists of 'document.write' items. (And I think the smileys load faster.  Cool ) It certainly should be easier to locate things and add things to those item lists.
